I am pleased to announce the newly elected Executive Committee for the Student Chapter of ASLA at UCLA Extension. They are as follows:

Delegates be coming to Design I classes to recruit First Year Representatives next quarter.
We have decided as a group that we would like to focus our efforts on Networking with Professional Landscape Architects and to plan events that will help us prepare ourselves for obtaining jobs. I stopped in to most classes last winter to sign you up for the student directory and to recruit volunteers for the upcoming events. Committee Chairs will be contacting you regarding assistance for the following committees:

Planning Meetings

Landscape Architecture Library
The Landscape Architecture Library in 1010 Westwood Center, Room 217, is open for student use by appointment (call (310) 825-9414) or during regularly scheduled times. There may be some modifications to the schedule, so check the library door for changes.
